Alex Cesal
Chiropractic
Dr. Cesal earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri, in 2021. While at Logan, he actively participated in the Rehab to Performance and Motion Palpation Clubs, preparing him to help patients not only get healthy but stay healthy.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Central Michigan University, earning a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and kinesiology with a minor in nutrition. While at CMU, he played club baseball for four years, continuing his lifelong passion for athletics. (Fire Up Chips!) That athletic background naturally led him to pursue advanced training and certification as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (C.C.S.P.) through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of sports-related injuries.
Dr. Cesal’s interest in chiropractic began with a personal experience. After his older brother was told he’d likely deal with chronic ankle pain following a soccer injury, chiropractic care helped him recover fully and return to sports. Witnessing that transformation firsthand inspired Dr. Cesal to pursue a career where he could make a similar impact on others.
Before graduating, Dr. Cesal completed a 10-month clinical rotation at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, where he provided chiropractic care to active-duty service members. After earning his degree, he went on to work at a family chiropractic practice near St. Louis, Missouri, treating patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Now back in his home state of Michigan, Dr. Cesal is excited to serve the Northern Michigan community with personalized, patient-centered care designed to help individuals and families move better, feel better, and live healthier.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Cesal is the vice president of District 8 for the Michigan Association of Chiropractors, where he works to advocate for the profession and support fellow chiropractors in the state.
